Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (class names, weekdays, start times, capacities, average attendance, per-seat prices, instructor costs, class lengths and instructor names as you type them; studio type, fill thresholds, targets, discount caps and promo options; studio name, class name, campaign start date, promo kind, discount, code and offer wording, price, spots left, booking link, tone and sender name; instructor availability windows and weekly maximums; attendance records with date, time, class, instructor, capacity, attended and price; a period label) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We do not ask for member names, phone numbers, email addresses or health information - please do not send them. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We disclose data only when the law requires it.
Send only the values a tool needs; use class names and instructor first names rather than member data. Because nothing is stored, there is nothing to access, correct or delete after a request completes. Questions or requests: support@magicteams.ai.
