> Fill off-peak classes

StudioFill helps yoga, pilates, HIIT, cycling, barre, dance, climbing, martial arts, boxing and CrossFit studios fill the empty seats in their weekly class grid: find underfilled classes from the schedule and average attendance you supply, each with a verdict - promote, discount, merge, move or cut - and the empty-seat revenue at stake; estimate break-even seats, margin per extra seat and what lifting fill by N points is worth per week, month and year; compare off-peak promo options (intro pack, off-peak pass, bring-a-friend, member credits, last-minute price) by expected seats and net revenue against your discount cap; draft the email, text and Instagram caption for one class with send timing and a two-week calendar; rebalance the grid with merges, moves into open peak slots the instructor can teach, and cuts, with hours saved and margin impact; and report fill by day, hour, class and instructor over a period with trend and best and worst slots. Built-in typical US estimates by studio type work with no setup. Planning only - it never books anyone, never sends or pushes anything, has no booking-system integration, and gives no legal or financial advice.

## Tools

- find_underfilled_classes: Find underfilled classes — Score a weekly class list you supply (name, day, time, capacity, average attendance, optional price and instructor cost): fill rate and empty-seat revenue per week for the grid, and a ranked list of underfilled classes each with a verdict - promote, discount, merge, move or cut - and the reason. Use first to see where the empty seats are. Do NOT use to choose a promo; use plan_offpeak_promo. Do NOT use for attendance history by date; use fill_report.
- estimate_fill_economics: Estimate fill economics — Estimate the economics of one more seat for a studio type: break-even seats and fill, margin per class today, margin per extra seat, and the weekly, monthly and yearly value of lifting fill by N points, with a ladder of lifts. Built-in typical US drop-in price, class cost, capacity and off-peak fill per studio type; your numbers override. Use to size the prize before changing anything. Do NOT use to pick classes; use find_underfilled_classes.
- plan_offpeak_promo: Plan off-peak promo — Compare promo options for the underfilled classes you pass - intro pack, off-peak pass, bring-a-friend, member credits, last-minute price - against a target fill and a maximum discount: expected extra seats, fill after, net weekly revenue change and risk for each, with one recommended. Use after find_underfilled_classes. Do NOT use to write the messages; use draft_fill_campaign. Do NOT use to change days or times; use rebalance_schedule.
- draft_fill_campaign: Draft fill campaign — Draft an email (subject, preheader, body), a text message and an Instagram caption with hashtags and story text for one class and promo, plus send timing and a two-week calendar from your start date. Drafts only - nothing is sent, posted or scheduled; you send them from your own tools. Use once the promo is chosen. Do NOT use to pick the promo; use plan_offpeak_promo.
- rebalance_schedule: Rebalance schedule — Suggest merges, moves and cuts for a weekly class grid to lift average fill: folds weak classes into a sibling class with room, moves off-peak classes into open peak slots the instructor is available for, and cuts only classes that lose money under 30% full; reports fill before and after, instructor hours saved, weekly revenue and margin impact and instructor load. Suggestions only - nothing is changed. Use when the grid itself needs work. Do NOT use for promos; use plan_offpeak_promo.
- fill_report: Fill report — Summarize attendance records over a period (date, time, class, instructor, capacity, attended): overall fill, peak vs off-peak, fill by weekday, hour, class and instructor, weekly trend, best and worst repeating slots, and plain insights. Use to review how the grid actually performed. Do NOT use to decide what to change; use find_underfilled_classes or rebalance_schedule.
